Cultural intelligence pertains to the ability of leaders to understand and interpret the culture of their target audience. – Being aware of your own bias is one of the most important aspects of inclusive leadership traits. All of us make biased errors from time to time; we tend to respond to situations in our own ways. However, when these errors occur, they should not be ignored or dealt with in a way that will cause them to affect the goals and the direction of the organization. Instead, the error should be dealt with openly so that it can be corrected.
